A wholesale broker specialised in surety
Founded in 2010, Alauda Broker is a private, independent Italian wholesale insurance broker. We work exclusively with other intermediaries and with surety insurers: we give agents and brokers access to insurers and technical support on their clients’ bonds, and we give insurers market knowledge, an intermediary network and operational support.

Our team combines insurance intermediation with a background in banking and finance and in building digital risk-analysis tools.
Algorithmic credit scoring
Quantitative models assess the applicant’s reliability, so submissions match each insurer’s guidelines.
Specialised databases
Cerved, CRIF, CreditSafe and Fox Patton feed the analysis, reducing follow-up requests.
Structured underwriting processes
Defined procedures, information flows and controls make every file complete and traceable.
Compliance
All activities comply with IVASS regulations and Italian insurance and intermediation law.
Claims handling and loss adjusting
Documented investigation and adjustment of calls on bonds under the terms agreed with each insurer, which keeps the payment decision.
